Fully Managed PBX services

NEXTEL can fully manage your PBX , service includes maintenance setup , management and configurations, you simply tell us what to be done and we take care of the hard tasks; please contact your sales representative for a price quote.

Provisioning

NEXTEL provides cost-effective provisioning & branding services for our wide array of hardware direct from leading VoIP manufacturers. By only selecting proven VoIP hardware products, such as ATA's, phones and gateways from our manufacturers you can be confident that your application will be successful. NEXTEL backs all of our products with advanced replacement warranties and support services.

Installation and setup at customer site

Once a system has gone through our comprehensive in-house configuration and testing procedures the system will be ready for installation at a user site. The user site will have been surveyed by our system engineering staff to determine the following
   There is adequate power for operation of all devices.
   There are adequate network ports for both the server and all telephone handsets.
   The TELCO lines are installed and configured as ordered.
   Internet connections, if required, are installed and operational.
   The network equipment (i.e. switches, routers, firewalls) necessary for installation are installed and configured properly.
   If a UPS or battery back up is required, is it in place and operational?

We can provide full installation service for all phone systems, network equipment, cabling and telephones. The system will be fully operational to your exact specifications before we turn it over to you for use.

Tech Support

At NEXTEL we pride ourselves on the high level of technical support services that we make available to our customers. We realize that businesses rely heavily on their telephone systems to operate their businesses and therefore give special emphasis on serviceability. It is our responsibility to provide our customers a variety of service offerings which can be custom tailored to their individual needs that will keep their telephone communications system operating at peak operating efficiency at a cost which will fit into anyone’s budget. We offer flexible service and support plans that are custom tailored to customer specific requirements. Choose from standard M-F 8-5pm to a 24/7/365 program or anywhere in between. Our service offering includes phone support with a 30-minute response time, remote on-line system support, and four-hour on-site response. We offer extended warranty programs for all of our systems that enable users the ability to extend their warranty indefinitely. If needed, we provide replacement hardware while your equipment is being repaired so that you experience little or no interruption in conducting your business as usual.
